For 18 years Shayda Bradley has specialized in design/development, contract negotiation, engineering, contract document administration, and engineering management for commercial projects. She is a self-starter with superior organization and planning skills, who utilizes effective communication skills and client interaction to ensure client satisfaction.

Ms. Bradley works extensively to represent owners and tenants for implementation of design, engineering, and construction drawings. She performs as the owner's/tenant's Project Manager to oversee the project from budget to move-in.
